I'm so frustrated had my appointment today baby has finally dropped but still only 1 cm been haveing contractions and the doctor said they have to be up top not the lower ones -_- I know she will come when she is ready so please don't comment that !!! I know ! I bought pinapple and a mango cause a friend of mine said that will help I been walking but I hurt so bad jus walking now and contractions alot so idk what I wanna cry !!! What else helped some of y'all ? I'm 39 weeks and 3 days

I'll be 39 weeks on Sunday... my doctor said if I can't get him to come b4 my appointment that he's going to sweep my membrane's... I'm surprised yours didn't offer it to you since your already 39 weeks.. I've been walking like crazy since my last appointment 2 miles everyday and I try to have sex once everyday as well.. everything else I've tried hasn't worked

With my first I didn't dilate at all until I went into labor at 39w4d. I was so miserable. They say sex helps but idk about that. Red raspberry leaf tea might do something too.

same here mami had some pinkish blood 4 times the week before an ones this week that past 😫 an I'm 3 cm don't know what I am now but god! only knws🙏💖🌹🎈✨
