Last nights dinner pork chops mashed potatoes with gravy, green spaghetti and salad!

@mommy.to.sterling I roasted 2 green poblanos tossed in blender, with a handful of cilantro, 1/2 onion 2 garlic cloves salt, chicken bouillon, a bit of milk and 1/4 or 1/2 bar cream cheese i boiled 1 pack pasta drained, in another pot i added a bit of oil sauteed sauce then poured into pasta added some butter and 2-3 tablespoons sour cream stirred all that up and served with parmesan cheese
