Why was your appointment horrible?

I went in with my seven year old specifically told the lady in the front desk I was feeling very light headed and wanted to throw up,she asked me if I could wait a few min and send me a long walk to the other side of the corridor to get seen. I barely made my way to the other side and the lady in the front desk said she was going to lunch and I am going to be seen back in the first place I was in. I told her I came from there and she said to go back. Of course I went back screaming at them that I feel really sick and they making me go back and fourth. Then they said they gonna see me after they eat lunch an our away. Then when the hour passed I went and they took blood from two places in my arm because my blood stopped giving.
