MEDICAL QUESTION **
So my doctor is out of town and I’m waiting on a doctor on call to call me back....
For the past week or so I’ve had this issue while sleeping that I stop breathing, I’ll wake myself up and struggle to take breath, a few seconds pass and then I’m perfectly fine and able to sleep again.
Never had this issue before in my life...... what could this be?

@damiensmommy1117, @princessrose, @sharaelrodgers1988, the doctor on call said that it sounds like apnea, and I guess it flares in pregnancy sometimes. I have a appointment this week with my doctor , they said unless it is concerning for me and I don’t feel move shortly after the baby to come in and get looked at but overall they aren’t concerned at all

You have sleep apnea. I have it and i sleep with a cpap machine that helps me breath whenever i sleep. It really helps.

@princessrose, I sleep on my sides, my back hurts to much to sleep on. But I don’t snore at all so that’s why I’m thrown off

Also I wouldn't doubt it's pregnancy related. I snored worse when I was pregnant

Are you sleeping on your back?

Could be pregnancy induced sleep apnea.
