My husband just told me an interesting fact (who is reading more on breastfeeding and babies than I am) that the reason we smell babies head so often is because they release the hormone oxytocin from their head which helps build the bond between mom and baby. So take off them little hats especially when snuggling or breastfeeding and take a big whiff of your babies head and get the natural high from it 😆

@bcorazalla, I’m just letting her self wean, I can’t really imagine taking it away from her until she decides to :) yes 2 years is recommended!

@sabreycastro1996, awesome! Just out of curiosity, how long do you plan on breastfeeding? I read somewhere that they suggested for 2 years.

@aboutellesbabes, it looks like you will soon have another baby to smell their head! Funny about the random women!

I was so sad when my son got older and the smell faded away :( random women would secretly try to steal a sniff lol it’s too good!
