I use meetme. You can choose the option of hair looking for friends not relationships.

I'd stay away from Tinder. My friend met her dude on Plenty of Fish, just a suggestion if you're trying to meet someone.

My friend met her current boyfriend off there and he's really sweet

I went on there just looking to make friends and made that very clear on my bio page. Of course there were the people who wanted more but I just had funny conversations with them. Met some weirdos lol but I surprisingly met the man laying next to me now. Met him over two years ago and he is the most normal guy I met. We started as friends but it turned to more. Just be careful on tinder
