Hate being up late with no one to talk to ... depression kicks in and my anxiety 🙄🙄🙄🙄

@powerfulmom21 yeah sometimes. I try and sleep during the day though until like 2-3. Then rush around doing errands if I need and then take another nap around 6 or 7.

There’s great support on this app. But I also recommend using an app called 7 cups. It’s a free anonymous app where you can talk to people who’ve gone through all these things. It’s helped me through a lot of my depression.

I work 3rd shift Wednesday-Saturday 10pm-8:30am MT so I got you!! Lol

My husband job switched his shift so he’s doing night shifts which is irritating 😠

I’m always up late my husband gets out of work between 12:30-3
