I’m almost 37 weeks and ready to have my baby!! What are some things I can do to get him here!

Long walks sex and bouncing on a yoga ball helps that's what my midwife told me

37 weeks is no longer full term. My son was born at 38 weeks due to me trying to put myself into labor and I’ll never ever do it again. I was rushed into a forced induction, my son almost died because contractions will not work unless your body and baby are ready. If your body is not going on it’s own, than you’re not ready.

I'd only do those if you go the go ahead from your Dr or midwife I have as I've been contracting regular since Monday (about 5 cm dilated and 80 percent effaced) my hospital still goes by 37 full term they won't stop you if you go into labor but they also won't do much to help

@mommyof1boyy, my cervix starting opening at 35 weeks it was 70 percent effaced with no dilation so I know he’s coming I just feel my body is exhaustion

@kec0921, I was 100 percent effaced and at 4cm and still didn’t go into labor. But to each their own. Good luck.

Nothing will work unless your body is ready.

@yannnni if you're not dilated your body is not ready and neither is your baby.

@mommy2bean you right mami at 35 wks I had contractions its been 3 wks now I was 2cm an 50 percent effective now I don't knw but these contractions are stronger today

@isrealcain2012 well you're probably going to have your baby soon since your body has gone through labor before so it knows what to do. I've been 0 centimeters and 50% effaced for 2 weeks /:
