Idk if it’s a mind thing but I feel so sick if the AC is on high 😒 isn’t that strange ? I’m also anemic so could that be it ? Lol I’m all fucked up

Experienced moms..Did you all tear during delivery with your first? I’m expecting with my first and I keep watching YouTube videos on how to avoid tearing LOL I’m so fearful. Can it really be avoided ? 🤭if so how ...
