Getting induced tomorrow morning and I’m honestly kind of nervous. I thought that I was ready but now idk 😭

@cassadymichellejones, Ok, well I went into labor on my own, but like I said above I have to be induced half way through because my epidural slowed my contractions down to much.

When a friend was induced she went in in the morning. She was admitted. They hooked her up to the IV and started giving her the pitoson (idk how to spell it). She got mad at me that I didn’t ditch work last minute and go sit with her in the hospital...... I only had a 2 hour shift, I went in after my shift and she wasn’t even close. She didn’t actually go into active labor and pushing till mid afternoon.

Talk to the people in the morning who are hooking you up and ask exactly what to expect. Everyone is different so they can’t give you a cookie cutter answer, but they can give you a decent idea of what to expect. They are there to help ease any concern you have and to make you as comfortable as possible while you are trying to shove a human out of your body. LOL

You're at 41 weeks hun, your baby is being as stubborn as mine was.

Talk to your doctors and nurses about all your concerns, no matter how small and insignificant you think they are. This shouldn't be stressful. Try and relax as much as you can. Get your rest because you will need it.

Halfway through my labor I had to be induced bc my contractions slowed down to much. I had a 10lb baby who was healthy and happy... after she got to eat. LOL

I'm sure I'll feel the same way but just remember you'll get to see your baby!!! ❤❤
