@lexy0610 that's what muy nurse yolks me because I didn't breast feed at the hospital but when I got home they were painful hard and swollen. Hope it works out

@lexy0610, use a breast pump! Extract the milk because if it accumulates then it will cause more problems!

I was told by a nurse practitioner to put cabbage leaves in my bra and to hand express to releave some of the pressure and a really warm shower
