@brownsugarluv, it’s not for anyone else’s happiness . It’s for my son, because right now I have a lot of different people watching him, people that I trust, but still . I know he’s in good hands but they’d rather I be with him. It’s very complicated sorry if I just confused you lol

I enjoyed staying home with my son when he was little. I was able to teach him so much. And spend so much time with him.

Don't do it if your having doubts. It's not for everyone. I have been staying home with my kids for almost 2 years now. It takes a lot of patience and getting use to. For a while I did resent my husband for being able to leave the house to go to work.What helps me keep doing what I'm doing is knowing that I couldn't leave them with anyone else and not feel anxious all day long. It also helps that my almost two year old, when sitting in My lap, has told me almost everyday, "I'm so happy." Like @brownsugarluv said though, you can still be successful in your career and be a great mom. Just think of if in terms of quality not quantity. There are plenty of parents who stay home with their kids but are on their phones all day with little to no interaction. Be present for the time your with your child and that's all that matters.

Don’t do it for someone else’s happiness. You’ll end up resentful.

You gotta do what’s best for you and your son. Kids need their mama’s the most. Always be aware of what’s going o. With your son and you can still have a successful career.
