My daughter has these weird patches of dry type skin popping up in her leg. Should I be worried?

Thank you. My husband was freaking out. I get the dry patches a lot in the cooler weather if due to stress.

My older daughter gets these too. Ever since she was a baby. Her dad gets dry skin too in patches especially in colder weather. We just use lotion or cortisone cream :)

My son gets it just put some lotion on it
