Need some formula transition advice.....my LO just turned one and we got told she can start doing up to 18oz of cow's milk. We decided to try Toddler Next Step (1-3yrs), and we are battling with her to drink her bottles. She enjoyed her infant formula but now barely does the whole milk and fights the new one
Any suggestions to help the transition?
Pros and cons on Toddler Next step?
Thoughts? help!
@olismom, cows milk is for calfs sorry to sound mean but it's a fact. Just like human milk is for humans. I would try a plant based milk. Ur feeding ur child sugar not milk look at the label. I'm sorry I know that sounds mean and I don't mean it to sound that way hope u can make the right choice for your little ones coconut milk is amazing the flavor is so yummy and your child might love it. Also almond comes In a variety of flavors u might try as well. Best of luck😁
@mommyof1boyy after watching what the health..i stopped and dont want mines drinking it either
And my son is super smart so the whole brain development thing, I don’t believe in when it comes to Transition formula lol
My son is two and doesn’t drink milk. Your child does not need milk. It’s not mandatory.
I love the toddler next. I used it for my son and it is amazing in brain development. I feel awful I didn’t use it for my daughter because I can seriously tell the difference
@olismom, We use Vanilla Nesquik for my daughter. She won’t take anything else. She won’t take strawberry or chocolate, it HAS to be vanilla. She’s on a lactose free milk.
@theinkedmommy so the toddler version comes in vanilla, cinnamon and plain. Weve tried vanilla and plain. No improvement. The idea came up to make milk cubes.
Formula
Do you still give your LO formula? The toddler next step or transitions?
What's the best way to transition from formula to whole milk?
Any suggestions on transitioning toddler from milk in a bottle to milk is a sippy cup? She takes a few sips and then leaves it.
My little one managed to successfully climb out of her cot this morning. She’s in her own room so I didn’t see her do it or how she did it. When did your little ones make the move to a toddler bed? I’m worried she may still be too young? (21months) With a new baby coming in 7 weeks, am I silly to start the transition to her toddler bed?
Just curious as to how a mother is so careless with her children that her 15 year old got pregnant and has 7 possibilities for the father .and one of the possibilities , is her STEP FATHER . WATCH. YOUR . KIDS.
@mommyof1boyy, what does your son drink? If you don’t mind me asking. My son hasn’t been able to drink any kind of milk.
