@withlovedkj, thank you! Yes that’s very true. In my case it wasn’t just about making changes but also teaching them to make the right choices in nutrition and how important it was to stay active, especially since I have no control of what goes on at their fathers when they go to visit. It’s been a tough road but it’s paying off.
