Im having my second kid but whats the earliest they can tell the gender. I forgot its like 16 weeks or something or earlier because ill be 12 weeks tomorrow and i have an appointment on monday
@siearas1, maybe but some doctors won’t tell you either even if you ask they may have you wait till your anatomy scan

If you get the Harmony test, you get the blood work at 10 weeks and the results within a week or two, so 12 weeks. If you wait for an anatomy scan, you can pay for an elective at 15 weeks or wait for the 20 week screen.
Earliest if you get the maternal dna test is 10 weeks I believe. Usually the anatomy scan is 20 weeks but babies actual genitals I believe don’t start showing up until about 12/14 weeks so anytime after they start presenting and becoming big enough to distinguish is when you can tell for me we got an elective ultrasound at 15 weeks and she was able to tell us then we were having a boy the anatomy scan just confirmed it for us this time. This pregnancy we plan on doing the maternal dna test for gender at 10 weeks
