My back is officially out . I have two herniated discs and the worse thing could have happened , . I went to bend to put my kid in her exercise saucer when I felt a tear in my back . Next thing my hands went numb and I almost dropped her . I fell to the floor with the kid ., 8!year old just staring at me . Nanny is gone , family no help. Is there anything to help lift or support the back ... ? Anyone on here use something for their back

So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
