When does the baby’s eyes change she’s a month old me and her dad have brown she has blue wtf

My youngest is 3 and his eyes are still blue. My mom has blue and so did my grandfather so maybe it’s in the genes. My nephew also has blue eyes too. We all have brown and mind are hazel.

No one in my family except my sis and day has blue he’s Hispanic so all them have brown

@lydia09876 so she most likely got it from your dad. It's a recessive gene, meaning you carried the gene from your dad and gave it to your baby, hence the blue eyes. My mom has hazel eyes, both her parents have brown eyes but she got her eye color from her grandfather on her dad's side who also has hazel eyes.

Her eye color might change, but it might not. If it doesn't change, then you'll know who to thank for her beautiful blue eyes. 😉
