I would call the doctor and have him go in. Hes still only 2 weeks old, the rash looks really red and blotchy. Its probably uncomfortable. I would cut out dairy just in case thats the problem, but you dont want to risk it being something more at 2 weeks old. @andkitch1992

I'd definitely take him in. Looks like a reaction, and not just baby acne. Sometimes, they can't process certain formula, so its good to get him checked to make sure. My baby was supplemented as well, were still on Enfamil gas ease, with no problems. But yes, sometimes what you eat effects them too.

@mrssanderson i give him similac pro advance I'm not sure this is all so new to me still.... I'm worried, I'm gonna cut dairy ouy try that till his dr appointment on the 17th. Thank u

My son had chronic rashes before I cut dairy out of my diet. Maybe try that, is your formula cows milk based as well?

@mrssanderson he is breastfed but i do supplement occasionally if so 2 oz a day since he was born. This just came up yesterday 😟 hes 2 weeks

are you breastfeeding? Your ped will likely shrug it off as baby acne but it looks diet related to me.
