I recently just got hired at two different places for the holidays. I’m excited because I get to be away from my daughter. I love her to death but even when my boyfriend or his family come home from work, I’m still solely watching her. It’s like he doesn’t realize that I just want alone time or a moment to myself without repeating the word “No” a million times. And being that i don’t drive or have friends, I’m always in the house eating and being bored. But I’m also worried because I’m in school but I think I’ll live with the lack of sleep. Won’t be the first time 🤷🏽‍♀️😂

@chinadoll2827, yeah and their parents 👀 😂 they claim when it’s just them on their day off that they had it rough. I just giggle and keep it moving.

You shouldn't let anyone make you feel bad for needing time for yourself. I completely understand. Men can be real jerks sometimes. They don't know what it's like to take care of a child all day everyday.

@chinadoll2827, yeah and it doesn’t help when people make you feel bad about wanting to get away. If the man goes out it’s cool but as a woman and mom it’s like we are just not suppose to have a life. I’m glad someone gets it. If I explain how I feel I get attacked

I so understand how you feel. I just got hired for a part time job and felt really guilty about wanting to work. We definetly still need out me time and sometimes as mom's I think we forget that.

So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that
