Any helpful advice for me to help ease the pain? I'm pregnant and still breastfeeding my 19 month old, but I cry every time because my nipples are hurting so badly, and my daughter wants to be on them 24/7.

I would say the same a warm compress and massage. Place a bit of nipple cream to help that area heal and giving pumping a rest if you are pumping.
