This is my 1st Pregnancy. I am having extreme pains in my lower back, leg, and lower pelvic/hip area. Is this labor pains? Water hasn’t broke. Haven’t lost mucus plug.

@ashbryant0094, lol thanks! This time around is my miracle baby after being told the chance of another pregnancy was very minimal. It’s been 5 years since my last baby so I know what you mean!

I had the same problem with my last pregnancy! It was my sciatic nerves, one of your disc in your back may be out of alignment and that would mean it’s putting pressure on your nervous system which is causing the pain in those areas. I would go to the hospital get the baby checked and all your vitals. If they say everything is okay ask them if that’s what they think. I see a chiropractor to help me every week and it does amazing wonders. My sciatic nerve hasn’t acted up since I started going.
