@najahlove, my little one was too in the beginning! Sometimes every 45 min to an hour. I cringed at the thought of breastfeeding lol. But then I started doing ice packs and of course nipple cream! Good luck!

I found that ice packs help me when I'm sore. Helps with pain and any swelling associated with it.
