@lovelily What if it's a promise that someone broke but then they promise to never break another promise? Since they've already broken one, what's stopping them from breaking another one now or in the future? That's what running through my mind.

@mommabeardarnell1 understood. I've never heard of someone regretting counseling, but I know those that regret not getting it.

@cbrebelkat What I can't get out of my head happened years ago. I've thought about it ever since then but I never said anything about it until the other night. It caused a really bad argument between me and my husband. It got so bad that I left but I had to come back because my in laws were getting the kids that night and I had the car seats with me. If it wasn't for that, I would've probably stayed out all night. I admitted that I need help and so my husband said he will pay for the counseling. I just hope it isn't a waste of time and money.

Definitely get counseling. The longer you wait, the worse it gets.
