Ladies need some recommendations! 😰😕. What does everyone eat at night?
I dont know if anyone can relate but..
-I realized that Every night i cant eat much because then i feel stuffed and i cant sleep and i even feel like throwing up which is what i end up doing🤢😢 (theres times i dont even eat much yet i still throw up)-
-But then if i dont eat at all i start feeling extremely nauseous and i also end up throwing up- 🤢😒
Heck, i usually get very thirsty and i cant even drink too much water at once without me feeling full and ending up throwing up-😣😓
I even tried balancing what i eat at night
Not too much, but not too little either so i wont throw up, in one month in a half ive lost 15 lbs. this happens all day but at night is when it annoys me the most, i been pregnant before and the past 2 pregnancies were different.
So technically i never win cause i end up throwing up at night anyways 😒
Dont know what to do 😞
I use to take b-6 before I went to bed and usually it helped with morning sickness but I still had my days..
That's how I used to be, I noticed that if I didn't put anything on my stomach that was the worst I'll be sick all day, but honey get some saltines and ginger ale that's what helped me and junk food I know it's not good but that was only thing I can keep down, and at night I'm always eating
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

IUI Monday!!
So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
Before you have your first child, you have these grand ideas of what it will be like. There’s more slee...
Locking your doors
We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?
Belvita Cracker/cookies, Colby cheese sticks and oikos Greek style lime yogurt were my go to when I was pregnant! Also, fresh fruit, strawberries and melon with my first, bananas and grapes with my second... When i would start to feel nauseous I would open some of those cookies... orange cranberry were my favorite... not overly sweet and fortified with other nutrients so it was healthier than ‘cookies’... I also carried hard sour candies on me at all times... that helped curb the nausea in public setting, and reduced car sickness!
