Rub coconut oil on your nipples/breasts. Helped me a lot. Do that everyday. Also after each time you pump and nurse. 💖 💎

You dont have to waste the milk. If it’s not a large amount they can still drink it it. Think about people that nurse strictly on breast with the same issue, if baby consumes a little of the blood it’s ok. If you put coconut oil on before and after that helps with all of that💖💎
