How do you guys put your children on a sleeping schedule it’s so hard for me to put my little man on a schedule. 😩 any suggestions

So I round just try and repeat the same routine would that help
My LO started her schedule at 6weeks (earliest they can maintain one). It’s because I give her a bath promptly at 9pm, diaper/lotion/outfit/swaddle, then feed her in a dark room until she falls asleep. I’ll wake up in the night to feed her while she sleeps too so she doesn’t wake up until 10am or later. It took a hot minute for her to catch on to the routine, but it’s the repetition that will get it to stick.
At least like 30 minutes then he falls back to sleep on me
Yea but he usually wakes up in the middle of the night

Yes my mom still sleeps with us and he’s 12 months the crib doesn’t work at all
Yea he usually naps around 1 but sometimes he doesn’t nap at that time

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Our Tiger Cub arrived this am one day before his scheduled csection weighing a whopping 9 pounds 6 ounces at 6:46 am. Ill update soon ladies ❤️

Dad's FB Video!!
Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
