@mommiesaremagical14, @tigertray, thank so much!
@mommiesaremagical14, I agree my daughter did awesome got it all really fast the over night was the last thing she did good In The car and in stores at home
@lexirosex3 oh and one more thing. Don't listen to anyone if they tell you to wait till she stays dry through the night. That's a load of malarkey!!! A child being able to sleep through the night and wake up dry is really the final step in potty training. Overnight potty training is BS that can't be "trained" as your child is being potty trained she will be working out the muscles around her bladder. That will help them to mature to the point where the muscles will contract in order to shut down the bladder during sleep. It's up to your child's body when that will happen and it's something you can't control.
@tigertray, lol awww that’s the cutest
@mommiesaremagical14, SO TRUE! My son was potty trained so early and he was fast but that was also a while ago he’s 8 years old so It’s like I’m starting over 😂
@lexirosex3, yeah they do most of them reattach but not all of them if you have them I’d use them for like car rides or when your out that’s another thing when you go some place show her we’re the potty is have her try to use it and make sure to tell her to tell you if she needs to potty if she’s anything like my daughter she will go 16 million times just to see the new potty lol
@lexirosex3 I also gave my DD naked time every day since she was born. It was helpful during potty training as she didn't have anything in her way to get to the potty. I'm not gonna lie I cleaned up my fair share of pee puddles but it's better then stinky pee laundry everyday!!!
@mommiesaremagical14, lol definitely with my son it was different but my daughter is literally after me all the time 😂😂
@tigertray, they rip so easily though!
@tigertray, I have a big pack of pull-ups from my daughters Grandma she gave to us and I thought they were pampers and weren’t lol so that’s why I was wondering if I should use them or not but I probably won’t 😂😂 they came in handy when I ran out of pampers one day
@mommiesaremagical14, that’s a great idea! Thanks so much. Every time I use the restroom my daughter is with me and she’s always staring lol I think she’s showing interest as well and so I’ll start ASAP with her thanks 😊
@tigertray I did the same thing you did taking my DD to the bathroom and explained what was happening I did the same when I changed her diaper. We never waisted a $ on pull-ups. @lexirosex3 I started my DD at 18 months (she showed interest at 15 months) her potty also made music when she peed. I sat my DD on the potty very first thing every morning. Her potty was in front of the TV and I'd give her breakfast snacks to keep her occupied so she'd sit longer.
@lexirosex3, just till she either went potty or was ready to get up I was not pushy with it at all and if you sit her on a potty seat while your on the big potty she’s not gonna fight to get up because she will just be doing what mommy does once she pees or poops make a HUGE deal about it
@lexirosex3, I got pull-ups after I thought she was getting the hang of it I wouldn’t get them right away they are ridiculously expensive and don’t hold much if I was doing it again I wouldn’t buy them for anything but bed time
@tigertray, also how long did you have her on the potty?
@tigertray, awesome! My daughter is 15 months and I want to begin potty training her already. Did you have her wear pull-ups?
I took my daughter potty when ever I went I would tell her mommy’s going potty do you want to try to go I would also have her try before and after baths and before bed and in the morning same with nap time she was potty trained at about 2 I never pushed it
