What’s the best method for diaper rash A&D or Desitini

Triple Paste worked best for him. Desitin and A&D didn't do much.

I love A&D. My son hasn't ever had a rash because everytime I see red I used A&D and by next diaper change it's gone.

All three my kids I used desitini because I like it thick and stay on

Triple paste or Desitin. A&D just creates a barrier, but diaper rash cream has healing medicine and creates a barrier
