Since your milk just came in you need to get it out lol do you have a hand pump? Put a really hot wash cloth as hot as you can on it and rub it either while she nurses or you pump with the hand pump.

Ow with my first I got one the second day home from the hospital I used rice heating pad I made.

you just put a good amound of rice in a pillow case heat in the microwave till warm it helped alot I hope it goes away for you those are no fun at all ):

@caityyy_lynnn, definitely go or do you have WIC? They have really good lactation consultants. The one I saw was a god sent lol

@wafflez, I got home on Friday and my supply came in late Friday night and I took a shower last night and that’s when I found the bump. I’m using my grandmas bean bag thing. It’s pretty much the rice pillow as well. @eryka616, I’m going to get her started up on wic when it’s not so cold outside to take her. I still have to get her insurance set up through the state this upcoming week. The classes they have are free at my hospital so it’s better than nothing. I just hate not producing enough for her. I’m going to buy some lactation tea and cookies to see if it will help my supply.

@caityyy_lynnn, your supply isn’t low it’s just trapped taking lactation tea and cookies will make it much more painful for you
