Anyone ever take sign language classes? I’m slowly working my way into the administrative medical field and thought maybe i should take sign language classes to i can communicate with any hearing impaired people i may come across.

I think the hardest part for me was maintaining eye contact with the person signing, while still catching and understanding the signs. That and trying to learn a whole language in four months. At this point I only remember the alphabet, though.

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
I will not be tested for COVID unless I am showing all signs of having it! They taking newborn babies away from their mothers if they test positive. Over my cold dead body! No ONE will take my baby away from me bet!
any mamas out there that are or have taught their child sign language, i personally knew nothing about sign language prior to having my daughter and when the daycare brought it to my attention that it is something that they teach the kids i just kept up with it and shes picking up on it so well and so quickly

@nomli, i find that when I’m very interested in something i put my all into and work hard to learn and remember it. I think ima do online beginner classes online and if i do good and absorb it easily i think I’ll take a face to face course
