This my gym. In the kitchen where I read somewhere abs are made. Still have yet to find out the magical ingredient there 🤣 it might be weak right now but it will grow eventually. Buying equipment isn’t cheap and other things such as diapers come before weights. I’ll get there at some point but for now what I have I make it work. As long as I’m drenched in sweat and exhausted then good workout was had. #homegymlife #kitchenwhereabsaremade
