Went to the hospital, having gallbladder problems but doctor doesn't want to do anything since I'm 30 weeks already. Anyone else having these problems??

I was having problems with my gallbladder before becoming pregnant. The doctor said high estrogen can cause issues with the gallbladder, I have high estrogen naturally and then was on birth control for almost 8 years. Now that I became pregnant, the doctor told me at very very longest I will have my gall baldder for one year after birth, but likely will need it removed shortly after.

All the women in my family had their gall bladder removed soon after their first baby.

Stress definitely contributes to the symptoms, and unfortunately diet. My advice would be to find "gallbladder safe" meals in order to get you through the rest of your pregnancy and recovery.

Eat things like avocado its a healthy fat, and offers protein, it can be incorporated into a lot of dishes.

Trying eating smaller amounts at each meal, even if you eat more often. And drinking a full water bottle 30 minutes before eating helps also.

It's really rough! Goodluck 💖💖
