My husband just put his foot in his mouth by saying “yeah I know you don’t have a bra on I tell by the way they hang” I do have a bra on so he basically just said I have saggy boobs.....then he tried to fix it I just told him to leave me alone

Without a bra you can usually tell the breasts shape, with a bra you really cant tell the shape and even with a perky chest they are usually (even slightly) higher than without a bra, thats probably what he meant.
