As long as they aren't constant, it's usually nothing to worry about. My ob always said to call if I had 5 or more within an hour, whether they were braxton hicks or actual contractions.

@breloya okay bc Im starting to experience them more, not painful, but more aware.

I started having them by about week 20 this pregnancy. I had maybe a couple a day then. Now, I have them far more frequently.

I am of no help because I didn't have them either pregnancy. But a lot of my friends were right around 28 weeks when they had them.
