When I went into labor they said they don't worry if it's under 140/90 I would just keep an eye on it or call labor and delivery and see if they think you should worry
I go off this chart. Are you having any other symptoms that might indicate a problem? Headache? Swelling? Try drinking water and take magnesium if you have any.

Top number is fine. The bottom number is a little elevated but not too bad.
