This may sound dumb but how do contractions feel? Like how do you know you are having contractions? I never had any with my first pregnancy so im not sure how they feel

Your stomach will feel hard for a little while then relax. It will come and go every few minutes.
At 34 weeks you’re probably having Braxton hicks. Drink some water.

In my opinion it feels like really really bad cramps and everything feels like it’s tightening up. I think when you feel it you’ll just know lol

@carlierose23, everyone told me that too and I didn’t notice them at first. I was already in the hospital due to being swollen really bad. They told me I was having small contractions and admitted me but I didn’t even feel them. Once they got worse tho I felt it lol, it wasn’t really painful tho just more of being really really uncomfortable and not being able to make it stop? My lower back was having this tiny little pain every 5 mins.
