Just keep at it. I had to supplement formula for the first 10 days before my milk fully came in. During the first week I wanted to stop due to the pain and hardly producing anything but it was all worth it once my milk came in. Buy some nipple cream, it helps with the soreness. The soreness goes away after a couple weeks.

This is a chart I like to go by you may feel like your not producing but more then likely you really are babies belly is just very small!
