I hate having gestational diabetes! Im 35 weeks and starving and yet I can hardly eat anything or it will spike my blood sugar 😑😑😑. I just had dinner an hour ago and I feel like I could eat a whole pizza! Baby girl please come soon!
@thegermanmommy, thank you that’s really helpful! It gives me great snack ideas 🙃🙃🙃
I ate a lot of salads, eggs, mixed veggies and chicken. My snacks were carrots, apples w/ peanut butter, strawberries, raspberries, veggie chips and cheese sticks. I completely understand the struggle. It's not fair to be pregnant and have gestational diabetes. Pregnancy is supposed to be the time when you can eat whatever you want.
@thegermanmommy, I’m following the diet to a T it’s just a struggle lol
I had gestational diabetes with my daughter and it was a constant battle. I figured out that snacking basically all day long was the best thing that worked for me. It kept my blood sugar levels in check and I was hardly ever hungry. I basically stuck to a low carb diet.
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
Whyyyyy is it not safe to eat cinnamon? I have a whole box of cinnamon toast crunch that I can't eat:( the list keeps growing
So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔
