So went to the doctor yesterday he said my cervix still high n I’m thinning out but my cervix still high what can I do…

@caitlynjones2000, thank u I’m a little scared about that part but the contractions have been coming n I can barley stand

They told me at my 39.4 week check up my cervix was still high and that was on a Friday afternoon .. I went into labor the next day and had her after 4 hours of labor. They told me your cervix doesn't normally move down till start of labor with your second baby so don't panic to much about a csection !

Squats, my sister was 2 weeks overdue with her 3rd so she started standing in a doorway and doing as many squats as she could as many times as she could. She went into labor the next day.
