Has anyone ever use this product before please let me know if so

I have just started taking this along with geritol been taking them for about a week now..sorry for the tmi ( have been moist👇🏾 during the day after taking then)

Yes same here but I don’t know how to take it I just take the white pills and not the other ones I’m so confused
