My nurse left me as I was getting up to go to the bathroom. I have no idea what I’m supposed to do…

@mamamariposaxo, I have. For whatever reason, my nurses are crappy. I liked one nurse and she was my night nurse in L&D.

@mamamariposaxo, I’ve only had some crappy nurses. My stay here wasn’t bad or anything just the damn nurses. And I guess I got a small tear it’s like a 1 degree and I guess it’s sideways and I’m sure it’s my left side and it hurts trying to get out of bed or sit or lay down.

You can always tell them that you want someone else because they aren’t doing their job !!!!

You are their main priority !!!

Also they should have a numbing spray that you can put down there

@sakura-chan, I don’t have any spray in the bag they gave me but I packed it in my going home bag that my mom didn’t leave with me 😩

Also if you spray warm water down there it helps with the swelling and pain. They should have gave you a bottle to use .

Running warm water on your body can help ease the pain. (Bend down and let it run down your bum )

But only if you can and again tell them snakes to help you

@sakura-chan, I have no shower. I literally had no make my own diaper and I don’t have anymore mesh underwear either.

@sakura-chan, she hasn’t even come to check on me like she should. I’ve had to call for her help. Like I hurt and took pain medication around 10:30, maybe? I’m so uncomfortable

It is hard momma but it’s only for a short amount of time .
