How many bottles are your babies on at 11 months cos I need to cut them down and cut them completely by time she's 1.…

Oh right well she's not really interested in her bottles she's more bothered about food so she really isn't depending on her bottles now she's just drank some water really well. So I know she doesn't need the milk as much now. Xx

I never cut her down to that she done it her self shes was eating 3 meals a day at that age and drinking water so she done it her self @xxjadeleannebxx xx

Yeah I'm gonna do that as well I think she doesn't seem bothered about the milk as long as she eating whatever seems more full. Oh so he was just having either 12 or 14 oz in a day. Yeh she's enjoyed that managed alot of it but got full lol. Erm no I've tried different bottles, on a spoon, the syringe thing with the calpol medicine lol she does sip it when she wants but she needs to drink more xxx @beck_yemm

I just stopped the formula at 1 and to be honest Harvey prefers whole milk haha wasn't fussed at all xx he'd have about 6-7 oz each bottle still the same now xx ooh that sounds lovely is she liking the finger foods ?? X have you tried a cup with a straw for her water ?? Xx

@beck_yemm yeah she will be ok normal milk when she's 1 so she doesn't have formula at all when she's 1?. Oh yeah that's what I'm doing with the formula morning and night. And whatever she will eat she's just had a ham sandwich and banana for her dinner now she's having a nap then later probably sausage and beans for tea. She will eat anything just when she's in the mood and need to get her into drinking water she's a nightmare for it. Xx

Harvey still has a bottle of milk but not formula whole milk and morning and bed time I'd say at your daughters end he still had formula morning and night then just food and water in the day xx crumpets or toast for breakfast scrambled egg pasta or whatever for dinner then maybe mash veg and meat for tea xx that's just an example he'll eat anything really xx

Oh right so you give her 2 bottles in a day? That's what I was gonna do she's 11 months on the 18th so I hope to get her on a routine by time she's 1. I give her milk with her cereal or whatever and then bottle for bed. Xx

My daughter is 9.5 and she has about 7oz of formula milk in the morning but most of that is in her porridge/ weetabix and then just food during the day and then another 7oz bottle before bed!xx

@lauren1996 yeah that's what I've been doing she's just had some toast with a few gulps of her milk now that's it then I'll give her a sandwich for her dinner with some fruit etc. Oh yeah I buy tesco or asda own cos they seem to she reduced sugar etc for her xxx

@chesscalouise2 oh right so you cut them to two bottles that's what im doing when did you give her them? And she's a pain for water and juice she won't drink much of it. Xx

@srose1989 she's a nightmare for water and juice I try and try she just has sips that's it. Well apparently her weight shows she's having to much milk 😂. Xxx

@srose1989 she's started eating what we have I just need to get rid of the jars I've got 9 left not gonna throw them away waste of money so I'm gonna just give her them every now and again when we got out etc to get rid of them. But she can have anything she ate a corned beef sandwich yesterday and some pie chips and peas so she's doing fine just the bottle situation xxx

My daughter probably one had 1/2 at 11 months old does your little one drink juice or water? My son on the other hand is 8 months and he has about 5/6 bottles a day x @xxjadeleannebxx

@xxjadeleannebxx, just do whatever your eating and cut into finger sized and they will just eat it beaut' McKenzie was eating everything at that age! Just don't add salt and stuff! Xxx

My lad never liked the jars start with some mash and gravy tiny tiny pieces off sausage cut up , fish pie , cottage pie , yogurts jelly every think else he eats now everything I av xxx

Yeah your right but I do have to stop the jars which I'm happy about cos they cost to much so I'm happy to give her normal food but I don't know how many bottles to give her so she's not getting full on them instead of the food. Xx @srose1989

As long as she is hydrated and has a full tummy n meeting her milestones then what does it matter if she has 40 oz of milk a day 😑

She turned round and said If I don't feed her properly she won't be able to talk when she grows up and won't develop :/ she's nearly walking full of energy getting all her teeth on the way she's doing fine. But how many bottles are enough cos she doesn't eat food so I know she's having to much milk. @srose1989 x

I hate the way health visitors think u can bring ur baby up by a book honestly do what is right for her my lad is almost 1 he's on 3 meals a day n still has loads off milk x
