I had contractions and when I was pushing I got back labor 😫 the worse but when I would push the pain would go away. I felt like crying. I rather contractions over back labor.
Lord how can I explain this 😐 it frikin hurts lol I’m good with pain I️ has both front and back at the same time so maybe that’s why I️ was a freak show but wow lol orrr it can be the total opposite and just cramps
@mommy2bean, I had a back labor and it means the baby is sunny side up and will come out looking at the ceiling. Mine felt like bone against bone. My contractions were all strictly in my lower back and my belly would just get extremely rock hard. I couldn’t breath right during them and no position helped ease them at all and I just wanted to tense up every time I got one It was the single most painful thing I had ever experienced in my life and I HOPE with my future babies that I won’t have another back labor and they’ll just turn over for me lol
@myblueroselove, it’s all the same thing. It’s just called back labor because the baby is sunny side up and doesn’t roll over into it’s face so the baby’s spine is rubbing against yours causing the friction and pain in your back instead of your belly. I don’t wish back labor on my worse enemy and I think I’d rather walk on legos 😭

Ugh its horrible. I experienced that. Instead of having contractions in the front area, they were in my back. Really bad back cramps.

@mommy2bean umm for me it was just cramps that would come and go like contractions.

For me, it felt like a muscle spasm that didn’t go away and it felt like it was pinching. I couldn’t lay on my sides or back what so ever.
