@breshields4 can't be 100% sure without being checked but it's definitely a sign that your body is starting the process, could still go all the way to 40wks tho 😕 u don't want baby out too soon anyway 😁

@breshields4 okay yeah that's what i get. I thought it was just lower back pain but it would make sense for contractions because I just started getting these kind of pains around 30 weeks

@zanesmama9496, I'm not sure lol.. I just assume that's what it is because I've never felt this pain before.. but in my lower back on each side I keep getting a pain that comes and goes.

What do back contractions feel like? I never knew you had back contractions until my friend told me I'm probably having them because my pack was spazzing?
