When does teething usually start ?

Not sure, but my boy's started between 6 and 8 weeks

@cbrebelkat, my daughter is 2 months now and all day today or lately I’ve noticed she has been putting her hands in her mouth not sure if she’s teething but it seems like she’s scratching her gums

Whitening of the gums and excessive drooling are a couple of early signs of teething.

My son started teething at 3 months! But didn't get any teeth until 5 months. It can happen at any time !

U can see/witness the early signs, months before you see actual teeth coming in.
