I've had no appetite at all since recovering from the flu. Lost the 6 pounds I had gained plus 3 more. My brain keeps thinking it's hungry, then I get the food I thought I wanted and I'm like "nope." Oh well, it'll come back soon enough. 🤷♀️
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
