Okay ladies !! URGENT!! I'm on the Makena shot to prevent preterm labor I'm almost 24 weeks pregnant. I missed my shot last week because I'm waiting on the stupid pharmacy to send them!! And I still don't have them and I'm suppose to get a shot tomorrow. This will be two shots I have missed! My question is should I worry about going into labor this early ??? Both my first babies were 35 weekers.

@ansturner15, because of insurance purposes I pretty much only has my shot probably two months if that... I had my baby boy at 35 weeks and 2 days. He weighed 6lbs 6oz and 19 1/2 inches long. The only problem he had when he came out was keeping his temp up by himself but he’s 3 1/2 weeks old now doing great!

You should be fine, but I'll depend on your body. Preterm labor runs in my family, I delivered at 34 weeks with my first. I was on the makenna shot with my second still had preterm labor at 34 weeks that they stopped and I went to 38 weeks. My cousin same thing and her pharmacy had her missing 4-6shots and she actually went to 39 weeks with her 3rd baby and never experienced preterm labor that pregnancy. Same as myself I'm getting induced on Friday with my 3rd and havent experienced preterm labor this time and I'll be 38 weeks and 5 days on Friday.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
