9 days left 1 maybe 2 appointments left, Sausage foot doing better today (lol). I'm so excited to meet her, but getting anxious, tiny bit scared, and starting to feel lonely. Hubby does what he can, but he works 3rd shift so I'm by myself, except for a couple of hours in the morning when he gets home and an hour at night before he goes to work. I don't have any other kids, so I don't fit with the moms my age, and I'm 31 years old so I don't fit with the younger new moms either. Ugh!

@jdgregg, Oh, I'm in a similar position now. my husband is at work all day and I do not have any friends
@denisse.m eh just another day, I mostly try to stay positive about it all, don't want the negative getting into baby girls bubble ya know? But this has just been a heavy thing to carry.

@kambam kinda like being stuck right in the middle of yay she's becoming a mommy, and wtf is she doing getting pregnant at her age!! Society sucks big time.
@denisse.m I went to a sort of meet and greet thing to make mommy friends through my local pregnancy help center, literally felt like I was back in High School dealing with the "cool kids" laughing, pointing, and whispering about me.
Lol I feel that... close to 30 and it's a weird place. Young moms I don't connect with, older moms don't connect with me.
@katnot1 I wish we Could be like other countries and offer men paid leave as well. That way us mamas dont have to be lonely!! 😁
