Experienced moms, my birth plan is to have an epidural free childbirth with pain management being pain medication only. Anyone ever experienced this, and have any tips?
I'm not experienced but I want an epidural free birth as well. Birthing centers give you laughing gas as a pain management
I labored for 3 days on pitocin and cervidil with no pain medicine. I had to get a c section so later I had an epidural. The pain was toletable
@libra2extra92, thanks girl! Congratulations to you!
It’s definitely possible. I had my first 5 days ago without any pain Medication or epidural. It’s difficult but it’s doable. As long as you are relaxed as possible and focus on the way you breathe seriously. I wish you the best and all positive vibes your way! I definitely encourage everyone and anyone to do it all natural. It’s such a beautiful thing. 😍
Just let your ob know your plan/wishes for pain management. If you change your mind, that is fine too
They will honor that as long as they don't need to do a c section
Leg Pain ?
I'm 11weeks 1day and I've had a throbbing pain in my left calf muscle for the past few days. I've tried stretching and elevating my feet but it's not helping. Anyone experiencing this and have suggestions?

Do any of you have tattoos? Here's mine big momma turtle and baby. Well they say that getting a tattoo is more painful then giving birth. I've experienced both and neither scares me. Just saying..
Anyone else experienced back pain this early on in their pregnancy?
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
So I was told I have TMJ.. Never heard nor had it before becoming pregnant! Anyone else experiencing this? I have horrible inner ear👂🏽pain!!😞😣😫
It wasn’t bad! That’s what I did.
